As stated in the title of this thread, you are responsible for the content mentioned here.

By registering an account on the forum, you agree to follow the rules and regulations posted HERE. Failure to do so will result in punishment. By registering an account for the server, you agree to follow the server rules posted HERE. Failure to do so will result in punishment, which may include banning.

For minor misdemeanors, you will most likely be warned. Similarly, for more serious issues, you will most likely be banned. The punishment(s) for your actions will be determined by the iTuneStory staff. However, if you break a serious rule in game, you may be banned from the server immediately. If you feel that you should not have been banned, you have the right to post a thread in the "request unban" section.

If you break the rules unknowingly, then you are still at fault for not reading the rules and/or this thread.
